About 30 minutes from bavaro inland , you can find this hidden cenote what use to be a main freshwater source for the local habitants.

 

Now it is a great place to make your first cavern dive because it is perfect for first time cavern divers till more experienced divers. We go there in small groups and after a good briefing about the special procedures in a cavern environment we make a 40 to 45 minute dive.

 

For the snorkelers it is also an amazing experience just to swim in the open area of the cavern. After the dive we go to the Macao beach where you can play around with a boogie board in the always nice waves or if you are more exper4ienced a surfboard is also available.

 

After a typical lunch , fresh catched fried snapper we will bring you back to the hotel.
